Shay Howlin Shay has been with WEST since 1999. As a biometrician for WEST, Shay primarily has been involved in ecological monitoring studies and analyses, designing and estimating resource selection functions, conducting data analyses, writing statistical analysis plans, designing databases, and wildlife research. Shay has experience in simulation and computing using SAS, S-Plus, R, Arcview, and Microsoft Access.

Shay's past clients include the U.S. Geological Survey, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Forest Service, National Park Service, Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, and Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians.

Shay currently lives in Laramie, Wyoming and enjoys birding, skiing, mothering, and gardening.
