Jim joined WEST in 2008. Jim has accomplished investigations of factors affecting marine survival of pink salmon, collected benthic samples, performed taxonomic identifications of benthic invertebrate samples, and fisheries sampling of trawl catches aboard foreign trawlers. Mr. Griswold has also accomplished upland game bird surveys, waterfowl banding, wetland plant surveys, wetland mapping, upland vegetation surveys, and deer habitat surveys.
In his spare time Jim loves fishing! He also enjoys hiking and foraging for fresh mushrooms.
