Nadine Wilson has been employed with WEST since 1999 and serves as the Health and Safety Coordinator. Nadine is responsible for the overall coordination of the WEST Health & Safety Program including training and prevention efforts, management of documentation databases, management of accident and incident reports, updates incident response plans including emergency and crisis plans, conducts field safety inspections, and ensure OSHA and contract compliance. She also coordinates all corporate insurance policies for WEST.
Nadine received her B.A. in Journalism from Augustana College, Sioux Falls, SD. She is a member of the National Safety Council and the Association of Safety Engineers. Nadine has received numerous certifications, including OSHA Compliance and Workplace Safety, NOLS Risk Management Training, Human Resources Essentials, Human Resources and the Law as well as several management and communication training courses. She is currently working towards her Certificate in Safety Management.
In her spare time, Nadine enjoys a variety of activities including spending time with family and her cats, reading, traveling, yoga, theater, dancing, biking, and watching baseball.
