Jessica Tollman joined WEST as a Human Resources Generalist in February 2010. Jessica received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from DePaul University, her Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago, and is near completion of a Master of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma in Organizational Dynamics (emphasis on project management and organizational effectiveness). In addition to having more than 18 years human resources experience, Jessica is also a certified DDI (Development Dimensions International) instructor. Prior to joining WEST, Jessica provided HR services to Raytheon Polar Services as part of the United States Antarctic Program with the National Science Foundation working both at the McMurdo and the Amundsen-Scott South Pole stations.
Jessica's HR specialty areas are: HR law and investigations, project management, organizational effectiveness, change management, gap analysis, and employee communication. At WEST, Jessica will focus on a spectrum of HR responsibilities including recruiting, new-hire orientation, policy development, compliance, and employee development.
